At Road and Race Suspension we provide a comprehensive service package. All fork and shock units are completely dismantled, each individual part is steam cleaned, then inspected for wear and damage. The fork tubes and shock shaft are polished, then the suspension units are re-assembled using O.E. parts where necessary.
The oil is replaced with Motul or O.E. oil, but please note the above procedure is not just an oil change it is a complete suspension service. Our equipment is guaranteed to correctly bleed any shock. We will service and test springs supplied or supply springs suited to the riders weight, then setup the suspension units to suit the riders ability. Swinging arm linkage, head race and wheel bearings can be supplied and fitted upon request. An exhaust blow-out service is also available, to help maintain engine performance.

Reiger supply shock absorbers and fork components for a wide range of disciplines from club level to GP. We can supply: Mono Shock - for motocross, super motard, enduro, side car and quad. From 125cc to 500cc. Long track & grass track. Classic Shock - for classic motocross machines. Twin Shock - fully adjustable for high speed , low speed, rebound and preload (two specifications). Youth Class - starting from 50cc machines through to 65cc, 85cc and more recently the introduction of the 150cc four stroke machines. Reiger have developed a KTM 65 fork kit, with fully adjustable compression and rebound (20 positions). Complete with hydraulic lock (to avoid heavy bottoming) and Reigers own valve system.
